Jonathan Hughes is the founder of Abray Learning
Mr.
Hughes is the founder and strategic business partner for Abray Learning,
consulting to Fortune 500 companies for over fifteen years. He specializes
in awakening teams to reach their full potential; facilitating
extraordinary results through strategic planning, leadership development,
team performance improvement and individual coaching.
Mr. Hughes is unique in bringing both
business results and organizational effectiveness perspectives to the
organizations with which he works. His philosophy advocates for
partnership in a blended learning approach to enable true business success
to be accomplished.
Mr. Hughes offers an unparalleled
combination of business experience and leadership & team development
expertise. His business experience includes production management, supply
chain, product management, customer support, information technology,
solution sales and project management. His leadership & team development
expertise includes the design and development of strategic charter and
planning programs, qualification to facilitate self-awareness and team
collaboration development, certification in adult training & development
as well as workplace coaching, and an MBA specializing in leadership. He
has an ongoing commitment to personal lifelong learning.
Mr. Hughes
is also Associate Faculty within the Faculty of Management at
Royal Roads University. He
currently teaches Leadership within the
MBA in
Executive Management program.
In
his spare time, Mr. Hughes is an avid runner, having completed seven
marathons and twenty-two half marathons. He is the founder and leader of
the RunningRats Run Club, a
community-based organisation that focuses on individual achievement
through team inspiration, support and motivation. The club’s mission is to
“Run with the Spirit”.
He resides in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
having emigrated from the UK in 1994.
