Jonathan Hughes is the founder of Abray Learning
Mr. Hughes has been servicing the needs of both Information Technology and
Fortune 500 companies for over fifteen years. He founded Abray Learning as a
means to offer an alternative to standard training courses; instead
offering customized programs that are unique to the industry and clients
for which they are designed.
Mr. Hughes specializes in
organizational effectiveness through inspiring people, motivating teams and
coaching leadership. His combination of soft skills training in areas such as
leadership development, team building and communication skills coupled
with his industry knowledge and strategy planning experience, provide an all encompassing
solution for our clients.
Mr. Hughes is certified in
Adult Training & Development from the University of Toronto / O.I.S.E. and is a member of both the Canadian Society of
Training & Development (CSTD) and the American Society of Training &
Development (ASTD).
